Make The Difference

There is no other more appropriate qoutation than this.
Make The Difference.

Everyday we are faced with challenges, problems and difficulties.
Teachers of SMK Seafield on this day went through a Neuro Linguistics Programming course to understand the undercurrents of the mind in a teenager's brain. Are we obosolute? Can we in our 40s and 50s stay interesrestingly enough in class? Can we try to decipher the mechanics of their thoughts?
The speaker revealed that we need to CHANGE and now allow circumstances to overwhelm us in class. How we use our stimuli will result in a stipulated outcome. Teachers are advised to use changes to be in control of the classroom. If we think the challenges are just too overwhelming to undertake, we should look at the problem solvers in the video clip below.

So we find solutions to a need, challenge, new environment and desired outcome so that the crux is not to look at the problem but to be a problem solver.
The teachers must have been evoked in some ways for the Monday that is to come.
I am sure they are encouraged to think out of the box and make things happen...
for the Carnival that is to come !

The video is an eye opener and confirms that we can do it when we want it.
Inspiring.
