Yes tis the season of the year.
Christmas is ringing in the air.
I have been so bogged down by work that it was a real refreshing change to have Grace back last weekend and to visit Bangsar for a banana leaf meal. Quite naturally we walked across to Bangsar Village and yes ... we had a glimpse of the season.Christmas is ringing in the air.
Dad's hidden smile spoke it all... he loves to have his daughter tagging behind him.

These are his favourite for him to hang on his tree... oh soon we will be putting up the tree but Esther is not around to help at the moment. I thought we just had her decorating the trees last year?

So symbolic of the season of love; gifts for everyone near and far...what will Grace give me this year? She gave dad a handsome watch last year.
The commercial catch is on again; people spend in the name of love. Gifts of love.

But what is the story behind that star in the tree?

The brightly lit tree; it reminded me of one such tree in 2008 while on a trip to Brisbane to collect Grace home and to attend Esther's convocation. I thought it was just yesterday?
In Brisbane City, we saw a similar tree with a star at its helm , just like the one in the Bangsar mall...they have the same storyline.
The family took a shot with the tree...
Daddy and his girls; what will he do when they leave him and the home? He will just have to say; yes, you may.
There's a strong urge for another break with the girls.
