The Favourite Teacher

 The video will catch many memories.

The scenes may be choreographed to deliver a message to the teachers.

My interpretation:

Perhaps the students are tired of conventional teaching in the classroom; talk and chalk.
They want something more interesting; to be out of the four walls and action-packed.
They want a rapport with their teachers; calling them by their first name.
They also want to be treated to food and drinks.
They remember history better through drama.
They want to be entertained.

If teachers can do the above, they will be well-loved. 
The innovative teacher is the winner.
Teachers will have to unlearn  some traditional practices to be in tune with the Z generation.
The young at heart teachers will garner the best support.
Teachers will have to be jack of all trades and master of all too !
Teachers will have to be clowns to be heard in the classroom.
What a tall calling.

Whatever, whatever, whatever...teachers will still be whatever so that their proteges and protegees will pass their exams.

The highest calling is to be a teacher; second to a mother's and father's roles. 

The producer or is it director of the show is actually a clown in school too.

Only clowns can think like clowns.
